# dewenwils vs BN

The clearest difference is rating: dewenwils at 4.7 against BN's 2.3. dewenwils also leads on ratings volume (225 vs 33). BN's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 10 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

dewenwils holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: dewenwils has 225 ratings behind it against 33, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of dewenwils's written reviews are positive against 37% of BN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

dewenwils ships an update every 10 months, BN every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
