# Future Past vs Weeklet

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Weeklet at none against Future Past's 1. Weeklet also leads on device support (4 vs 1). Future Past's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 months) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Future Past sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Weeklet asks for nothing beyond the download.

Future Past ships an update every 2 weeks, Weeklet every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
