# Fun Print vs Pocket Printer

The clearest difference is rating: Fun Print at 3.2 against Pocket Printer's 2.0. Fun Print also leads on ratings volume (455 vs 5) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). Pocket Printer's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (42% vs 28%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fun Print holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fun Print has 455 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of Fun Print's written reviews are positive against 42% of Pocket Printer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fun Print ships an update weekly, Pocket Printer every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
