# Secrets vs Vanta

The clearest difference is update cadence: Vanta at every 4 days against Secrets's every 4 months. Secrets's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Secrets ships an update every 4 months, Vanta every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
