# Saunum vs THRIVE Initiative

The clearest difference is rating: THRIVE Initiative at 5.0 against Saunum's 1.5. THRIVE Initiative also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17). Saunum's advantage is ratings volume (17 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

THRIVE Initiative holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Saunum has 17 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Saunum ships an update every 3 months, THRIVE Initiative fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
