# Float vs FSaver

Float and FSaver both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 90% of FSaver's written reviews are positive against 64% of Float's. Float's advantage is ratings volume (9.2K vs 1.5K) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Float sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and FSaver sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Float against 4.7 for FSaver. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Float has 9.2K ratings behind it against 1.5K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 64% of Float's written reviews are positive against 90% of FSaver's.

Float ships an update every 4 days, FSaver every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
