# LEGO® TECHNIC® AR vs Explore Mars with Rover

The clearest difference is rating: LEGO® TECHNIC® AR at 4.7 against Explore Mars with Rover's 4.0. LEGO® TECHNIC® AR also leads on ratings volume (3.1K vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). Explore Mars with Rover's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 72%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LEGO® TECHNIC® AR holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LEGO® TECHNIC® AR has 3.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of LEGO® TECHNIC® AR's written reviews are positive against 100% of Explore Mars with Rover's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
