# AI Study Flashcards vs Flashcards Maker

AI Study Flashcards and Flashcards Maker both sit at 4.2 stars, but that hides the real split: 65% of AI Study Flashcards's written reviews are positive against 24% of Flashcards Maker's. AI Study Flashcards also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI Study Flashcards sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Flashcards Maker sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flashcards Maker holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14 and 34 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of AI Study Flashcards's written reviews are positive against 24% of Flashcards Maker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AI Study Flashcards ships an update every 3 weeks, Flashcards Maker every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
