# BrainPower vs IQ Test

The clearest difference is review sentiment: IQ Test at 91% against BrainPower's 14%. IQ Test also leads on rating (4.5 vs 3.8) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BrainPower sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and IQ Test sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
