# Golf GPS Range Finder vs CADDY+

The clearest difference is rating: Golf GPS Range Finder at 4.7 against CADDY+'s 3.8. Golf GPS Range Finder also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (69 vs 5). CADDY+'s advantage is review sentiment (80% vs 39%) and update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Golf GPS Range Finder sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and CADDY+ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Golf GPS Range Finder holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Golf GPS Range Finder has 69 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of Golf GPS Range Finder's written reviews are positive against 80% of CADDY+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Golf GPS Range Finder ships an update weekly, CADDY+ every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
