# A·TRACS vs Coverage Map

The clearest difference is ads: A·TRACS at none against Coverage Map's shown. A·TRACS also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Coverage Map's advantage is ratings volume (815 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

A·TRACS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Coverage Map has 815 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

A·TRACS ships an update monthly, Coverage Map fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
