The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Only Red Settings at none against FF's 1. Only Red Settings also leads on ratings volume (5.4K vs 58) and review sentiment (70% vs 57%). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FF sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Only Red Settings asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.1 for FF against 4.2 for Only Red Settings. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Only Red Settings has 5.4K ratings behind it against 58, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 57% of FF's written reviews are positive against 70% of Only Red Settings's.
