# TWS Training vs StrongFirst

The clearest difference is rating: TWS Training at 4.5 against StrongFirst's 3.6. StrongFirst's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TWS Training sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month and StrongFirst sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TWS Training holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 15 and 28 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of TWS Training's written reviews are positive against 84% of StrongFirst's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TWS Training ships an update every 3 months, StrongFirst every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
