# HiSeer vs 漫画社

The clearest difference is review sentiment: HiSeer at 69% against 漫画社's 4%. HiSeer also leads on rating (5.0 vs 1.3) and ads (none vs shown). 漫画社's advantage is ratings volume (30 vs 4) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HiSeer sells 37 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and 漫画社 sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HiSeer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 漫画社 has 30 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 69% of HiSeer's written reviews are positive against 4% of 漫画社's.

HiSeer ships an update every 3 weeks, 漫画社 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
