# Nekograms vs Drop the Cat

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Nekograms at 100% against Drop the Cat's 29%. Nekograms also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 16) and ads (none vs shown). Drop the Cat's advantage is price (Free vs $1.99) and rating (4.6 vs 4.2). On device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Drop the Cat is free to download; Nekograms costs $1.99 up front. Drop the Cat sells 16 one-off in-app purchases. Nekograms asks for nothing beyond the download.

Drop the Cat holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Drop the Cat has 24K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Nekograms's written reviews are positive against 29% of Drop the Cat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
