# Interval Timer vs Once Fit

The clearest difference is rating: Interval Timer at 4.9 against Once Fit's 4.0. Interval Timer also leads on ratings volume (246 vs 1) and device support (4 vs 2). Once Fit's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Interval Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Once Fit asks for nothing beyond the download.

Interval Timer holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Interval Timer has 246 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of Interval Timer's written reviews are positive against 100% of Once Fit's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
