# Interval Timer vs Interval

The clearest difference is ads: Interval at none against Interval Timer's shown. Interval also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months). Interval Timer's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Interval Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Interval sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Interval Timer ships an update every 2 months, Interval every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
