# API Elite vs Sumyt

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: API Elite at none against Sumyt's 2. API Elite also leads on ratings volume (43 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 26.0). Sumyt's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sumyt sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per year. API Elite asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for API Elite against 5.0 for Sumyt. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: API Elite has 43 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
