# Fasty vs FastMate

The clearest difference is ads: Fasty at none against FastMate's shown. FastMate's advantage is update cadence (every 5 months vs every 16 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fasty ships an update every 16 months, FastMate every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
