# Siman vs Aeropost

The clearest difference is monetization model: Siman at free against Aeropost's free with in-app purchases. Siman also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). Aeropost's advantage is ratings volume (1.4K vs 5). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Siman against 4.7 for Aeropost. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Aeropost has 1.4K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 50% of Siman's written reviews are positive against 47% of Aeropost's.

Siman ships an update every 5 weeks, Aeropost every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
