# True Transformation vs EQScore™

The clearest difference is ratings volume: True Transformation at 99 against EQScore™'s 2. True Transformation also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 26.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for True Transformation against 5.0 for EQScore™. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: True Transformation has 99 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

True Transformation ships an update every 6 weeks, EQScore™ monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
