# Hobby vs DD星球

The clearest difference is rating: DD星球 at 5.0 against Hobby's 4.0. DD星球 also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). Hobby's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hobby sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and DD星球 sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DD星球 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hobby has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 75% of Hobby's written reviews are positive against 100% of DD星球's.

Hobby ships an update fortnightly, DD星球 weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 8, 2026 respectively.
