# prefGrab™ vs Rueblur

The clearest difference is rating: prefGrab™ at 5.0 against Rueblur's 4.8. Rueblur's advantage is ratings volume (52 vs 7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. prefGrab™ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Rueblur sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

prefGrab™ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rueblur has 52 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

prefGrab™ ships an update fortnightly, Rueblur every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
