# Never Ever School vs Random Filter

The clearest difference is rating: Never Ever School at 5.0 against Random Filter's 4.2. Never Ever School also leads on update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). Random Filter's advantage is ratings volume (4.6K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Never Ever School sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Random Filter sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $3.59 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Never Ever School holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Random Filter has 4.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Never Ever School ships an update weekly, Random Filter fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
