# House Sketcher vs DrawPlan

The clearest difference is rating: House Sketcher at 4.4 against DrawPlan's 2.3. House Sketcher also leads on ratings volume (41 vs 4) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). DrawPlan's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 64%) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. House Sketcher sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. DrawPlan asks for nothing beyond the download.

House Sketcher holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: House Sketcher has 41 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of House Sketcher's written reviews are positive against 100% of DrawPlan's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
