# PLMD vs Hippoland

The clearest difference is ads: PLMD at none against Hippoland's shown. Hippoland's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PLMD ships an update every 2 months, Hippoland fortnightly. Both last shipped on September 29, 2026.
