# CoachApp vs Karma classes

The clearest difference is update cadence: CoachApp at every 3 weeks against Karma classes's every 10 months. Karma classes's advantage is iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CoachApp sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.29 per month and Karma classes sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CoachApp ships an update every 3 weeks, Karma classes every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
