# Parent Pass vs CenterPilot

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Parent Pass at 83 against CenterPilot's 1. Parent Pass also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). CenterPilot's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CenterPilot holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Parent Pass has 83 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Parent Pass ships an update every 2 weeks, CenterPilot monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
