# Medha vs Live MCQ™

Medha and Live MCQ™ both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 63% of Live MCQ™'s written reviews are positive against 25% of Medha's. Live MCQ™ also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 44). Medha's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Live MCQ™ sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Medha asks for nothing beyond the download.

Live MCQ™ holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Live MCQ™ has 1.2K ratings behind it against 44, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 25% of Medha's written reviews are positive against 63% of Live MCQ™'s.

Medha ships an update every 3 months, Live MCQ™ every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
