# Medha vs eTestPaper

Medha and eTestPaper both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of eTestPaper's written reviews are positive against 25% of Medha's. Medha's advantage is ratings volume (44 vs 6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for Medha against 4.2 for eTestPaper. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Medha has 44 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 25% of Medha's written reviews are positive against 100% of eTestPaper's.

Medha ships an update every 2 months, eTestPaper every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
