# CONDITIONED vs Surge Coaching

The clearest difference is update cadence: CONDITIONED at every 4 weeks against Surge Coaching's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CONDITIONED sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $299.99 per month and Surge Coaching sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $299.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CONDITIONED ships an update every 4 weeks, Surge Coaching every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
