# AfroIntroductions vs Redpay

The clearest difference is rating: AfroIntroductions at 4.5 against Redpay's 1.5. AfroIntroductions also leads on ratings volume (13K vs 2) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). Redpay's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AfroIntroductions sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per 7 days. Redpay asks for nothing beyond the download.

AfroIntroductions holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AfroIntroductions has 13K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 44% and 44% positive.

AfroIntroductions ships an update weekly, Redpay every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
