# Forn Leið vs (R)évolution

The clearest difference is update cadence: Forn Leið at every 3 months against (R)évolution's every 19 months. (R)évolution's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forn Leið sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and (R)évolution sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $39.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Forn Leið ships an update every 3 months, (R)évolution every 19 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
