# Highway code test & exams vs PrioCode

The clearest difference is monetization model: Highway code test & exams at free against PrioCode's freemium. Highway code test & exams also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 14.0.0). Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Highway code test & exams ships an update every 23 months, PrioCode every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
