# Calligraphy Master vs 爱练字

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 爱练字 at 100% against Calligraphy Master's 34%. 爱练字 also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). Calligraphy Master's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (2.5K vs 9). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Calligraphy Master sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and 爱练字 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
