# Calligraphy Master vs Egg Timer Pro

The clearest difference is rating: Egg Timer Pro at 5.0 against Calligraphy Master's 4.3. Egg Timer Pro also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). Calligraphy Master's advantage is ratings volume (2.5K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.5). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
