# Bimostitch vs AlphaFTP

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Bimostitch at 83% against AlphaFTP's 0%. Bimostitch also leads on ratings volume (33 vs 1) and chart position (#123 vs unranked). AlphaFTP's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Bimostitch costs $7.99 and AlphaFTP $9.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AlphaFTP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bimostitch has 33 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Bimostitch's written reviews are positive against 0% of AlphaFTP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
