# Santa Rhythm vs Talking Doge

The clearest difference is rating: Talking Doge at 4.5 against Santa Rhythm's 4.0. Talking Doge also leads on ratings volume (472 vs 36). Santa Rhythm's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 84%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Talking Doge holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Talking Doge has 472 ratings behind it against 36, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Santa Rhythm's written reviews are positive against 84% of Talking Doge's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Santa Rhythm ships an update every 2 weeks, Talking Doge every 10 days. Both last shipped on November 7, 2026.
