OSOI keeps your office and field teams on the same page. Projects, tasks, chat, documents, notes, and time tracking come together in one mobile-first app, so information stays with the work and the people it belongs to. Built for construction, architecture, engineering, facility management, and field service companies, and for any team whose work happens on site and in the office. WHAT YOUR TEAM CAN DO • Time tracking: start recording on a job with one tap, switch to the next with another, and correct times on the spot. Attendance, absence, and vacation are in the same app. • Technician mode: a simpler app for people on the go. The home screen shows the day's jobs, with only the chat, time tracking, and the profile next to it. • Chat: talk in projects, tasks, and groups, and turn a message into a task when something needs to get done. • Tasks: assign people, set deadlines, and add checklists right where the information is. • Notes: capture information on the go and keep it with the project, task, or person it belongs to. • Documents: attach and find project files where your team works, on the phone or the desktop. • Search: search everything and find it in seconds. WHY TEAMS STICK WITH IT • Familiar from day one: if your team knows WhatsApp, they'll know OSOI. No complex training needed. • Made for the phone: easy to use with one hand on site, with the same workspace on desktop and tablet. • Works offline: no signal in the basement? Keep working, and OSOI syncs when you reconnect. • Clients and subcontractors in the project: invite external partners with one click. They see only the projects they're invited to and work with your team in one place. • Everyone knows where things stand: see who's on site, what's done, what's stuck, and who's on vacation or sick leave, without status calls. • Your data stays yours: OSOI does not use your project data to train AI models.
