# Summer Moon vs Dinners Decided

The clearest difference is rating: Summer Moon at 4.8 against Dinners Decided's 4.0. Summer Moon also leads on ratings volume (11K vs 4). Dinners Decided's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 months) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Summer Moon holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Summer Moon has 11K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of Summer Moon's written reviews are positive against 50% of Dinners Decided's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Summer Moon ships an update every 3 months, Dinners Decided every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
