# First Table vs The Minar

The clearest difference is ads: The Minar at none against First Table's shown. The Minar also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). First Table's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

First Table ships an update fortnightly, The Minar every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
