# Bettr. vs SuppLog

The clearest difference is update cadence: SuppLog at every 8 days against Bettr.'s monthly. Bettr.'s advantage is device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bettr. sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and SuppLog sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bettr. ships an update monthly, SuppLog every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
