# PHILApp vs VeWorld

The clearest difference is review sentiment: PHILApp at 85% against VeWorld's 36%. VeWorld's advantage is ratings volume (2K vs 34) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

VeWorld holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VeWorld has 2K ratings behind it against 34, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of PHILApp's written reviews are positive against 36% of VeWorld's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PHILApp ships an update fortnightly, VeWorld every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
