# PSHRC بوابة الموظف vs منار

The clearest difference is rating: منار at 3.0 against PSHRC بوابة الموظف's 1.1. منار also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). PSHRC بوابة الموظف's advantage is review sentiment (20% vs 0%) and device support. On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

منار holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 1.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 8 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of PSHRC بوابة الموظف's written reviews are positive against 0% of منار's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
