# Joyraft vs Smarthunts

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Joyraft at 1.3K against Smarthunts's 1. Smarthunts's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Joyraft against 5.0 for Smarthunts. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Joyraft has 1.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Joyraft ships an update every 3 weeks, Smarthunts weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
