# Galeria | Custom Widgets vs Widget Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Galeria | Custom Widgets at 67% against Widget Pro's 0%. Galeria | Custom Widgets also leads on ratings volume (16 vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). Widget Pro's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.2) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 7 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Galeria | Custom Widgets sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Widget Pro sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Widget Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Galeria | Custom Widgets has 16 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Galeria | Custom Widgets's written reviews are positive against 0% of Widget Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Galeria | Custom Widgets ships an update every 7 months, Widget Pro every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
