# Knit Pro vs Croqly

The clearest difference is rating: Croqly at 5.0 against Knit Pro's 4.5. Croqly also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 65%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). Knit Pro's advantage is ratings volume (149 vs 8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Knit Pro sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $11.49 per month and Croqly sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Croqly holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Knit Pro has 149 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 65% of Knit Pro's written reviews are positive against 100% of Croqly's.

Knit Pro ships an update every 3 weeks, Croqly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
