# ELAGIA vs SkinColor

The clearest difference is update cadence: SkinColor at every 9 days against ELAGIA's every 5 weeks. SkinColor also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). ELAGIA's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for ELAGIA against 4.6 for SkinColor. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 139 and 186 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 33% and 33% positive.
