The clearest difference is ads: The EVthing at none against Speedy Stop Rewards's shown. The EVthing also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Speedy Stop Rewards's advantage is ratings volume (295 vs 7). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Speedy Stop Rewards against 4.9 for The EVthing. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Speedy Stop Rewards has 295 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.
