# EDTR vs Screen Recorder

The clearest difference is review sentiment: EDTR at 100% against Screen Recorder's 0%. EDTR also leads on rating (5.0 vs 1.0) and ads (none vs shown). Screen Recorder's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
